RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the right to return or exchange your item/s to us (Please note! ONLY if the sealing bag is unbroken!) within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Due to sanitary purpose we cannot accept any returns or exchanges when the sealing bag is broken. The sealing bag is the clear bag  that the lashes comes in. 

Returns and exchanges are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have sent you the wrong piece.

If we receive a returned item with a broken sealing or an item in unsuitable condition the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you. If we accept your return, we will refund the money you paid for the item to your original payment method.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

1. Send us an e-mail to hello@lashgoalsbyn.com with a short description on why you want to return or exchange your item.

2. We will send you a return form (shipping label).

3. Print out the shipping label and put it on the package. If possible use the same package that the item/s where delivered in. Be sure that the package is sealed properly.

4. Leave the package at any post office – (Returns and exchanges are at your own expense). We recommend to use a traceable shipping method for you to be able to track your item.

Please note! We are not responsible for returning parcels lost by postal companies.


DAMAGED ITEM

If you against all expectations receive a damaged or wrong item we will gladly replace it. Please contact us on hello@lashgoalsbyn.com and we will help you! 


NOT PICKED UP PACKAGES

Your purchase will remain at the postal office for 2 weeks. If you’ve not picked up your package and it has to be sent back, we have the right to charge you the cost of return shipping and handling fee on a cost of 150 SEK (Swedish krona).
